All designs and photographic material are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by Six in a Row. No photographic material represented on the Six in a Rowwebsite may be used without prior written authorisation.

Privacy
Six in a Row is committed to the protection of the personal information of individuals. Six in a Rowis bound by, and will comply with, the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Privacy Act 1988 ("Act").

Your privacy is important to us. We recognise the need to minimize the personal information you need to supply us in order to facilitate our business. We only collect your personal information in order to process and deliver your orders, inform you of special promotions and important changes to our website that may be of interest to you. Only the minimum information we require will be requested of you.

Six in a Row only collects personal financial information in order to confirm the identity and bill customers for our products.

By placing an order you consent to certain information being passed on to third parties where necessary. These include credit card companies to process orders and if requested, courier companies to facilitate delivery of our products. Your personal information will only be passed on to our delivery couriers on a need to know basis in order to enable timely delivery.

We hope you have confidence that we will handle your personal information safely, securely and in a completely appropriate manner. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your business is very important to us.

Refund Policy
Six in a Row prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged or not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss an appropriate resolution.  However please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for goods once we have dispatched.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavour to solve the issue to the best of our ability.

Although we take the utmost care to check over any stock before it leaves us, should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of the item (but not the shipping costs) upon receipt and authentication of fault.

All exchanges must take place within 3 weeks of purchase date. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged so they are not damaged during return transit. We recommend that you use "Registered Post" - this requires a signature for proof of delivery and will ensure that it does not get lost in the mail.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:
* In original condition
* Undamaged
* Returned within 21 days of invoice
* In a saleable condition upon return
